Our Story
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, we call this beautiful place home. It rains a lot, but the color of green that is unmatched and we take every effort in staying green in the sense of reusing and remaking as well.
At Favorite Things Marketplace we have a couple of goals, one is to help and the other is to create. We all have our day jobs, but enjoy creating new and interesting things when left to do what we really want. Give us an idea and a little freedom to run and you will not be disappointed.
Meet the Team
The girls on the team focus on creating unique and beautiful baked goods in the kitchen, whipping up new things in the craft room or give us the opportunity to work with you on an event and you will be delighted with the results.
Dad’s current venture takes him outdoors where he has constructed a sawmill and a kiln; putting action behind the task of trying to be a good steward to where we live. He uses the leftovers from a logging operation to create unique wood pieces and lumber. Join these together and the possibilities are endless.

I majored in mechanical engineering and have since found myself in IT. My work is not my passion, but rather what I do so I can spend my free time doing what I enjoy. Some of my favorite things are God, family, friends, experiencing nature and creating beautiful things.
Favorite Things Marketplace is my creation. I've always enjoyed creating things for friends and family and now I am taking that creating to you. I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you creating something that will hopefully become a favorite of yours!

aka Dad
Dad is a kitchen and bathroom designer by trade and the one us four kids turn to when we need anything built or fixed. If dad can’t do it, no one can. A lifetime worth of experiences have provided him with a vast wealth of knowledge.
In his spare time you will find dad outside playing with his big boy toys, definitely some of his favorite things. And we all know him for a couple of his notable sayings:
"Some of them just ain't gonna make it."
"If you aren't bleeding you aren't working."
Nikki & Hayley
aka The Girls
The girls have been friends for years. They both have wonderful creative talent and are the ones you go to when you need anything done.
Hayley works for a small city government, is married and a mom to the happiest little man.
Nikki is finishing up her studies to be a school psych and is one of those people who doesn't know how to say no when someone needs help.
Their youth, eagerness and energy is contagious.
